Hi, Iβm Abby,
an event producer, culinary strategist, and someone who loved a good party long before I knew βeventsβ was a career. I grew up moving through different countries and cultures, constantly exposed to new foods, dinner rituals, and the way people gather around a table. I didnβt realize it then, but all those nights observing kitchens, celebrations, and small moments of hospitality were shaping the foundation for the work I do today β producing experiences for the James Beard Foundation, the GRAMMYs, Elton John, and many moreβ¦
After fifteen years in Los Angeles, Iβve shifted my focus toward consulting for restaurants, chefs, hospitality partners and parallel βfood peopleβ β helping teams refine their operations, elevate their guest experience, and build events that truly reflect their brand. I also love mentoring the next generation in hospitality, sharing the lessons I learned from starting at the bottom, rolling up my sleeves, and doing every job in the room.
Now based in Wilmington with my husband Jon, our food-obsessed dog Roscoe, and our cats Penny and Bean, Iβm putting all of that experience to the test as we work to open Lost & Found Tiki Bar β a space built on craft, connection, and a whole lot of heart.
If youβre looking for someone who can handle the logistics, honor the culinary vision, and still bus a table when needed, Iβm your person.

Ashley Russo | National Sales Director, Levy Restaurants
Working with Abby at the Convention Center was a game-changer for our food & beverage team. From our very first brainstorming chat, she brought fresh ideas that really clicked with our guests β everything from inventive menu twists for todayβs trends to fun, themed tasting stations.
When show time rolled around, Abby was right there in the thick of it, coordinating with kitchen staff, tweaking floor plans on the fly, and making sure service never skipped a beat. Because of her hands - on support, we ran more smoothly, cut down on waste, and saw happier attendees β and yes, our concession and catering numbers climbed too.
What I love about Abby is how she listens first, then tailors her suggestions to our goals. Sheβs not just a consultant; she actually becomes part of the team. If youβre looking to freshen up your hospitality offerings, boost your bottom line, and have a ton of fun along the way, Abbyβs your person.

Working with Abby Beland and Table Set Go has been nothing short of exceptional. As a chef and entrepreneur who owns both a catering company and a hospitality staffing agency, I can confidently say that Abbyβs leadership and coordination skills are the kind that truly make or break an event.
She has this incredible ability to keep everything running smoothly β calmly, confidently, and with total command of front-of-house sequencing. I had the pleasure of working alongside her for a 700-person plated dinner at the Oscars, and her talent and professionalism stood out on every level at one of the most high-pressure, high-profile events you can imagine.
What I admire most about Abby is that she blends professionalism with passion. She doesnβt just execute β she uplifts. Whether sheβs consulting with restaurants and catering teams to fine-tune their operations, reimagine menus, or create new ways to engage guests, she brings creativity and strategy that drive real results.
From menu development to flawless event execution, Abby elevates every project she touches. I have tremendous respect for her work and would recommend her without hesitation to any hospitality team that wants to excel and be inspired.
